I've been in the cannabis industry for 11 years. I spent nearly 8 of those years as Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success at a cannabis wholesale SaaS platform, scaling to almost $3M ARR (bootstrapped, 114% YoY growth). Managed implementations for 500+ wholesalers and thousands of dispensaries across 25+ markets.

I've built and scaled operations for two B2B marketplace platforms, managing the complexity of multi-sided platforms and creating systems that scale. I also have 25+ years of sales experience with a specialty in consultative sales, renewals, and winbacks.
